The project start “Strategy for the development of trans-border cycling tourism in the Polish-Czech borderland”

Dear All,

On Feb 14th, 2017 (what a great day to start a project J) the Institute for Territorial Development organized the first meeting of the Partners engaged in the project “Strategy for the development of trans-border cycling tourism in the Polish-Czech borderland”. The project is carried out by 9 Czech and Polish partners through the INTERREG V-A Program Republika Czeska – Polska and is co-funded from the European Regional Development Fund.

Partners participating in the project:

  • Stowarzyszenie Rozwoju i Współpracy Regionalnej „Olza”,
  • Wrocławska Inicjatywa Rowerowa,
  • Asociace Měst Pro Cyklisty,
  • Nadace Partnerstvi,
  • Region Orlicko-Třebovsko,
  • Královéhradecký Kraj.

The project will be carried out for 30 months (February 2017 – July 2019) and its main outcome will be a plan of a long-distance cycling route in the Polish-Czech borderland (including trans-border links).
